Please note these delivery times are estimates only, and on occasion, there may be postal delays beyond our control. Most orders take 3-5 business days to be delivered to your door. So in all, it can take up to 2 weeks from the time the order is placed to the time it is delivered.

Shipping costs will be added to all orders and will be shown in the checkout. The shipping cost is based on your location. Orders may have local taxes and duties added to your orders, for which we cannot be held responsible.

Goods provided by saltedjam are non-refundable, however, please contact us if you have any problems with your order by sending an email to hello.saltedjam@gmail.com with your order number.

Any errors or defects in goods provided by saltedjam must be claimed within 24 hours from when a customer has received the order. The customer must indicate and, on request, show how the error or defect is expressed. The complaint must include an image of the damaged item. All complaints must be sent to hello.saltedjam@gmail.com
